Arlo Jurrens


Arlo began working with Century 21 in 2014.  In 2011, he attended Auctioneer school Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA and then earned his real estate license in 2014, and broker license in 2019 at Pro-Ed, Sioux Falls.

Arlo grew up on a farm near Astoria, SD and worked in farming for several years.  He had his own small cow/calf operation along with a few horses from (YEAR-YEAR) and continues to stay in touch with the rural community.  After Highschool, Arlo joined the Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic, and served six years in the military.  He was stationed in California, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Okinawa Japan.  After returning from the military, he joined law enforcement.  Arlo plans to retire from law enforcement in 2020, which he will have 22 years in the department. 

Along with his real estate broker and auctioneer licenses/certifications, Arlo is the only veteran in the area that has also obtained the American Warrior Real Estate Professional certifications.  Arlo continues to attend conferences and industry courses to continue his knowledge in the ever-changing real estate field.
